Create a Collection
Trimlink Collections act as organizational folders that allow you to group related short links, landing pages, and bulk imports into a centralized, easily searchable workspace.
Whether you are organizing links by marketing channel, client name, or seasonal campaign, Collections keep your dashboard clean and your analytics easy to navigate.

Getting Started
To create a new organizational collection:
- Open your Dashboard.
- Select your desired active workspace.
- Navigate to Collections from the left sidebar menu.
- Click the Create Collection button.
Phase 1: Collection Information
Define the structure and details of your new organizational folder.
1. Collection Name (Required)
Enter a descriptive name that clearly identifies the contents of the collection to your team.
- Examples:
Summer Marketing Campaign,Product Launch Assets, orInstagram Bio Links.
2. Description (Optional)
Provide additional context about the collection. This is highly recommended for collaborative workspaces, as descriptions help other team members quickly understand the exact purpose of the folder.
3. Add URLs (Required)
You must assign at least one existing URL to your new collection to proceed.
- Use the search field to easily locate your previously created short links or landing pages.
- Use the checkboxes next to the results to select and add multiple URLs to the collection at once.
- Note: While one URL is mandatory for creation, you can always add more URLs later.
Finalize & Create
After completing the required information, review your details and click Save.
Important Note: Your collection is now instantly available across your workspace! Whenever you build a new Short Link, Landing Page, or execute a Bulk Import, this newly created Collection will appear as a searchable option in the Collection field.
