View and Manage Your Subscription
The Subscription Details page is your command center for your active Trimlink plan. From this single location, you can monitor your subscription status, current billing cycle, upcoming renewal dates, and your overall plan usage.
Staying informed about your subscription helps ensure your Organization maintains uninterrupted access to your workspace and premium features.
Phase 1: Accessing Subscription Details
You can manage your subscription settings directly through your account dashboard.
How to Access the Page
- Sign in to your Trimlink Dashboard.
- Navigate to the sidebar and click Billing.
- Select Subscription Details.
Your current plan information, usage, and billing summary will appear immediately.
Note: Make sure you have the Super Admin role or specific billing permissions assigned to your account, otherwise you will not be able to access or edit these details.
Phase 2: Review Your Subscription Status
The subscription overview provides a clear snapshot of your account's financial health.
Depending on your current plan, you will see key details such as:
- Current Plan: The specific name of your tier (e.g., Starter, Pro, Agency).
- Subscription Status: Whether your plan is active, past due, or expired.
- Billing Cycle: Whether you are on a monthly or annual billing schedule.
- Next Renewal Date: The exact date your subscription is set to automatically renew.
- Auto-Renewal Status: A toggle to see if your subscription will renew automatically.
Critical Renewal Note: We strongly recommend checking your renewal date once a month. Keeping your payment method updated ensures your links and workspaces remain online without any service interruptions.
Phase 3: Monitor Plan Usage
Your subscription page provides a real-time overview of your resource utilization. Monitoring these limits is a proactive way to ensure your marketing campaigns run smoothly.
Usage indicators include:
- Short Links: Remaining number of short links you can create.
- Monthly Tracking Clicks: Your total click count vs. your plan's cap.
- AI Template: Your total AI template usage vs. your plan's cap.
- Team Members: The number of seats used vs. available in your Organization.
- Custom Domains: Your current usage of branded domain slots.
- API & Storage: Resource usage for technical and storage-heavy features.
Phase 4: Manage Your Subscription
The Subscription Details page provides direct links to manage your plan. Depending on your Organization's permissions, you can:
- Upgrade: Instantly move to a higher plan to unlock more links or premium features.
- Renew: Manually trigger a renewal or extend your service period.
- Access Settings: Navigate to your payment methods or tax info.
Changes made to your subscription will be reflected immediately in your dashboard and applied to your next billing cycle.
Subscription Best Practices
To get the maximum value and security from Trimlink, we recommend these best practices:
- Review Usage Before Campaigns: If you are planning a massive marketing push, check your usage limits first to ensure your plan can handle the incoming traffic.
- Upgrade Proactively: If your organization is rapidly growing, upgrade your plan before hitting your limits to prevent your links from redirecting incorrectly.
- Assign Billing Permissions Sparingly: Limit subscription management access to only the Organization Owner or a trusted Finance Administrator.
- Update Payment Methods Early: If you receive a notification regarding a card expiry, update your payment details immediately to prevent automatic service suspension.
