Trimlink Dashboard Overview
Welcome to your Trimlink Dashboard. This is your central hub for managing your workspace, launching new campaigns, and tracking your performance in real-time.
This guide provides a quick tour of the main dashboard zones so you can navigate the platform with confidence.
1. Quick Action Cards
At the very top of your dashboard, you will find four primary Quick Action cards. These act as shortcuts, allowing you to instantly launch our core creation tools without navigating through the left sidebar.
- Smart Short Links: Click + Shorten a Link to instantly secure and condense a long URL.
- AI Page Templates: Click + Build AI Page to design AI-powered landing pages.
- Dynamic QR Codes: Click + Create QR Code to bridge offline and online traffic.
- Bulk Link Creation: Click + Bulk Shorten to generate thousands of links simultaneously.
2. Performance Analytics
Directly below the Quick Actions, the dashboard provides at-a-glance analytics to help you measure the success of your campaigns.
Top 5 High-Performing Links
This table highlights your most successful links. It displays:
- The generated Link URL and Title.
- Total Clicks and QR Scans.
- The precise timestamp of when it was Last Clicked.
High-Level Metric Cards
These metric cards give you a macro view of your workspace's engagement, including trend indicators comparing your current stats against the previous month. You can view:
- Total Clicks
- Total QR Scan
- Total GPS Credits (including the percentage remaining)
3. Plan & Usage Overview
The right sidebar is dedicated to your Plan & Usage Overview. This section helps you monitor your resource consumption so you never run out of credits unexpectedly.
- Plan Details: Displays your active plan tier (e.g., Bulk Annually Plan) and its expiration date.
- Feature Usage Bars: Visual progress bars track your real-time usage against your limits for features like Short URL Creation, AI Page Templates, Custom Domains, and GPS Tracking Credits.
Important Note: If you are nearing your limits, you can easily scale up your resources by clicking the Upgrade Plan button located at the bottom of the usage sidebar.
4. Workspace Activity & Team Management
As you scroll down the dashboard, you will find tools designed for collaborative workspaces.
- Recent Activity: A real-time audit log that tracks what is happening inside your account. It shows which user performed an action (like updating a profile) and how long ago it occurred.
- Team Members: A quick directory displaying the users in your workspace, including their Name, Email, assigned Role, and active Status.
