Brand Customization Overview

Welcome to the Trimlink Brand Customization guide. This section provides everything you need to know about creating a fully white-labeled experience for your audience, ensuring your brand stays front-and-center when visitors interact with your short links.

As you explore the guides in this category, you will find step-by-step instructions covering:

  • Logo Customization: Uploading your own brand logo to appear on visitor-facing pages.
  • Footer Text: Adding professional copyright or brand messaging to your link pages.
  • Custom Error Pages: Replacing default error screens with your own branded 404 and 410 HTML pages.
  • Asset Management: Deleting or resetting branding assets to keep your workspace appearance accurate.

1. Professional White-Labeling

Generic short links can often look like spam to your audience. Brand Customization allows you to replace Trimlink’s branding with your own assets. By using your own logo and footer text on visitor-facing pages—such as password screens or GPS verification pages—you build immediate trust and increase your overall click-through rates.

2. Workspace-Specific Branding

Every Workspace you manage can have its own independent branding. This is highly effective for agencies and resellers; you can set a unique logo and footer for each individual client or project. When you create a new workspace, it will inherit your Organization's settings, but you can override these at any time to create a bespoke experience for every client.

3. Branded Error Handling

When a link is broken or removed, you do not want your visitor to hit a dead end. You can upload custom HTML files for 404 (Not Found) and 410 (Permanently Gone) errors. This keeps your audience inside your branded ecosystem even when a technical issue occurs, maintaining a professional image at every touchpoint.

Critical Branding Note: Brand Customization is strictly designed for your visitor-facing experience. It does not change the colors, logos, or navigation menus inside your internal Trimlink admin dashboard or workspace sidebar. Furthermore, custom 404 and 410 error pages are only visible to visitors who access your links through a connected Custom Domain.
